Resin impregnation systems

Our production lines are equipped with state-of-the-art resin-impregnation systems, ensuring that each fiber is thoroughly and optimally saturated for the best strength and durability. The system has uniform resin distribution capabilities, ensuring constant quality across the composite products. Without sacrificing quality, the highest speed of impregnation can be reached.

For example our  resin tray with 2 drums minimizes speed differences between the fibers. The resin tray is optimized to obtain a consistent resin fiber volume fraction.  The resin fraction is calculated using a combination of weights, densities, and volumes of the matrix (resin system) and fibers .The impregnation units are designed to be user-friendly; and easy to clean and exchange. The resin tray, provided with resin heating is easy to clean and suitable for various fibers. The resin tray can be mounted onto the Y-axis of a winder or on a stationary console.
