Extractors

We deliver a multifunctional extraction machine that is highly flexible and suitable for processing tube lengths up to 17m and mandrel diameters up to ø 800mm. The machine includes a hydraulic cylinder for extraction. A pull block for holding the product in place, and a shuttle for carrying out the product.

The machine can process different lengths and has adjustable brake forces. The extraction unit has a base frame with separate rails on the floor, and the head stock is used for transferring extracting force onto the mandrel. The machine also includes exchangeable tooling plates for different mandrel diameters.
